Rich Mambo Pony party cards

Here they are my little Ponies .... by 7 year old request and their mothers everywhere -
In Rich Razzleberry and Melon Mambo versions.
Did you know how therapeutic it is to colour in a pony mane and tail with markers and some watercolour?
Takes you back to your child hood perhaps in pinks and purples with orchid opulence for sure.
The circle punch has been tied with Melon Mambo polka dot ribbon and held together with a square fire Rhinestone brad in pink!
This Unicorn has wings that are stamped with black stazon on velum cardstock, cut out, coloured in from behind and adhered with a mini glue dot or two.
The Rich razzleberry card has been rolled through the Big shot machine to get that gorgous polka dot raised background. The wings this time are layered with a bit of patterned paper in the shape of a wing,
 with the velum on top.
This pony is dancing off the page with dazzling diamonds for an extra magical birthday.
The knot of ribbon is held together with a circle ice Rhinestone for that extra bit of sparkle.
Card Recipe:
Stampset: Pony Party (Autumn Winter catalogue)
Cardstock: Whisper white, Rich Razzleberry (or melon mambo) and Orchid opulence.
Ink: Black stazon and coloured markers.
Tools and accessories: Circle punch, Horizontal slot punch, Rhinestone brad, two way glue pen and dazzling diamonds glitter, word window punch, polka dot ribbon (Rich razzleberry and Melon Mambo), dimensionals.

A Lovely Lilac Pony party

I dont have to tell you this is my daughter's favourite set now do I?
This card is quite simple but colourful and uses the little stamps that come with the main pony!
They can be used on their own to make a birthday card which makes the stampset a lot more versatile.
The rainbow stamp is stamped using markers direct to rubber ( bold bright colours of course).
The party hat is stamped in black stazon ink (its waterproof so wont smudge if you use water colour with it)
Then I used the fine tipped end of my markers in tempting turquoise and Pink Passion for the spots on the hat. The third circle is the butterfly stamp and is topped with another 1.3cm circle with flowers just for a little variety ... The markers make colouring your stamped images very quick and easy.
Raised up on dimensional foam and they just pop up off the page.
Party invite anyone?
And just because I know you love to share my daughter's artwork here is one of her glittery watercoloured ponies ...
She's asking for the totally tess stampset next.
 Can she wait till Christmas?

And then on Friday ...

I had a very creative weekend.
On Friday a friend visited to pick up her stamping order and we made a card and had lunch together.
The colours are very ... well bold and bright!
Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie, Tempting Turquoise and white.
You may recognise this card from the Autumn Winter mini on page 32.
As I cleared away I had a bundle of left over cardstock and scraps and decided I had just enough time to make another card before picking up daughter from school ...
I have used the share a cup stamp again, and cut it out to lift up onto a metal edged tag.
I love how our perfect polka dot embossing folder goes with the cup pattern
and the polka dot melon mambo ribbon.
I've used my spiral edge punch for the decoration on the edge of the card. Enjoy!!!

Magical Birthday Pony cards

As a special gift to only daughter ... she made it to the finals in Public Speaking at School and we are very proud of her, I weakened and bought the above Pony stampset.
I think she did a wonderful job colouring with the ink pads and my aquapainter...
And here is one we worked on together ...
Are you loving our coloured pencil work with glitter and a two-way glue pen?
Her Birthday cards will never be without dazzling diamonds again.
And wings, and unicorns and flowers and rainbows and stars and ...
