Artisan Embellishment Kit Scrap page

How easy was this scrapbook page to create?
OK, I was inspired by the front page of the Impressions magazine.... for the layout and excited about using some of the gorgeous embellishments from this kit.
Beautiful laces, ribbon, buttons, ceramic flowers, hearts, doilies, tickets, fabric flowers and love heart tags.
I have hardly even used what is in this kit and have made several cards and a scrapbook page AND there is still heaps more left to use in this kit. It makes lumpy bumpy cards, or you can use the doilies and lace for flatter projects. You could sew the buttons, lace and ribbons to clothes!!!
My favourite part of this is how it all coordinates with the same clean vintage style and goes with Pool party, primrose petals, crumb cake and very vanilla (as well as white).
I have stamped the Best things in life aren't things (from the Feel Goods stampset) inked with my Stampin' write markers. All our stamping up markers match the cardstock and ribbons so you know that you always have the right blue, green, red or crumb cake to match your papers.
Another scrap book page completed - Enjoy!

Papillon Potpourri Birthday and a floral frame!

I do like to make cards and gifts for my friends... I am so glad when they have birthdays so that I can have an excuse to create something just for them.
Last weekend it was Michelle's birthday ... so I created this little card... I do hope she likes purple.
Most people do, don't they?
Perhaps it's a little over done, but who wants a simple birthday card really????
It gives me the chance to show case about ten new things in the Autumn Seasonal catalogue!
Just have to layer up these amazingly pretty butterfly punches, stamped from the Papillon potpourri.
Background Embossed with clouds and adorned with some vintage Flower trim on tulle.
You might also be noticing some Sale-a-bration goodies on the second project.
The Pretty Petite Happy b-day stamp and pretty petite punch.
A butterfly from "Bloomin' Marvellous" and a layering of embossed flowers made with the framelit die.
Inside I have created pockets with Sycamore street patterned paper. Used a few paper clips for decorations, a t-bag, post-it notes  and buttons too.
Happy Birthday to my team mate Michelle (next month you will have been with stampin' Up! twelve months can you belive that?)

Another Floral Framelit card

Thank you cards are so few and far between these days.
Most people jot off a quick email or facebook post.
The moment is cherished but then forgotten.
A handmade card arrives as happy mail  and lasts a whole lot longer than a text.
The five framelit dies in this set can layer one on top of each other to make a gorgeous flower card.
The stamping is a coordinating set called "Daydream Medallions" and the centre is a cute little
Thank U stamp from "Pennant Parade".
So here is my Thank you card to all my local customers who place a customer order or host a party this month. All it needs I think is a bow on top.

Floral framelits feeling a little bit blue

Midnight muse stitched satin ribbon is so easy to tie bows with...

Soft and simple with stamped Daydream medallions and held together with a single silver brad in the centre this one was really simple to make.

Cardstock: Baja breeze, Midnight muse, Island Indigo
Tools: Big shot,
Foral Frames framelit dies
Accessories: Midnight muse stitched satin ribbon

New Floral Frames Framelits

I have a new Big shot die.
Well actually 5 new framelit dies!!!
Five floral frames that fit inside each other and create the most gorgeous flower cards.
Is this a Chistmas card... do you think - reminds me a little of a pointsettia, perhaps?
I have layered the dies, stamped them with the Daydream Medallion stampset that I received at Convention and did a little distressing of the upper most flowers.
Topping it off with a Vintage facetted button with a Rhinestone on top of that!
The framelits work well with a single sheet of cardstock and have no difficulty what so ever cutting through two pieces of cardstock.
Which means you can make a folded edge card and tie it on the fold with a piece of stitched satin ribbon.
