Tag topper box and Saleabration papers

Something else to make with the tag topper punch... The tag topper box!
I love a product that does more than just one thing. This box is perfect to put some Easter eggs, lollies or a small gift inside.
It is made using a basic 2,4,6,8 Box design.
Haven't heard of that before?
They are the simple scoring measurements for a basic box.
You will need: a 21cm x 14.9cm piece of card, (approx 8 1/4" x 6").
Which is  scored and folded on the 2, 4,6 & 8 inch lines.
To make the tag top I cut down along each of the lines from the top by about 1 1/2" (4cm). This makes four flaps at the top.
You punch two of the tag ends with the tag topper punch and then fold two flaps down and two stand up to be tied with ribbon at the top.
The base is folded to make a square bottom.
It's easier to punch before you fold and stick the box together, just saying.
The two opposite top tabs stand up so you can tie them with some stretchy ruffled ribbon.
Finally you can decorate with some punched flowers and the banner punch using the FREE Sweet sorbet Sale-a-bration papers with A silver button and twine for the centre.
Just a reminder we only have 3 weeks left of Sale-a-bration. Plenty of time to get your free product for every $90 you spend until 31 March, or maybe not.

  1. Hi from sunny California
I tried your tutorial for the box but don't have any score lines to make the bottom of the box. Am I missing something? Debie

  2. The bottom of the box is folded first and the top is cut and punched last.
