Fairies and Angel cellophane bag toppers

How simple is this as a gift bag with a yummy biscuit inside?
I made a few of these with gingerbread men, butterflies and star biscuits as little gifts a few months ago now.
They make excellent lolly bag toppers for children's birthday parties, too.
The topper is so easy to make with a big shot and scallop circle die.
Here is a batch of fairies (adorned with vellum butterfly wings) ready to go on top of the lolly bag for a child's party.
Firstly, cut out your circle scallop die with the Big shot machine.
Fold it in half.
(That's your bag topper made).
Now, Punch out a smaller scallop circle (for the hair).
And one circle for the face.
Then use the circle 1 1/4" punch to cut out the base of the scallop circle.
Above you can see how easy it is to draw a girls face, with closed eyes.
The fuzzy brown hair is made using the scallop circle punch and 1 1/4" circle punch.
Stick them together (velum butterfly wings, optional)

You can make funny short haired characters:
and Santa clauses with a few extra punches....
And an angel in white ... Embossing the Scallop circle gives an extra layer of texture.
and here is a simple idea of a gift wrapped notepad and soaps using the Top note die, too.
Enjoy!!
